Delete your account

You can delete your Macrobell account and everything in it at any time. It takes a minute.

In the app

  1. Open Macrobell and sign in.
  2. Tap More, then Account.
  3. Tap Delete my account and confirm.

Without the app

Email support@macrobellfitness.com from the email address on your account with the subject “Delete my Macrobell account”. We’ll confirm it is your account and delete it within 7 days, then email you when it’s done.

What gets deleted

  • Your account (email and password).
  • Your profile, goals, food diary, workouts, weigh-ins, body measurements, steps and health data, notes and form check scores.
  • Your squad memberships and scores.
  • Your AI usage counts.

It is deleted from our server right away and from backups within 30 days. Progress photos are only on your phone; deleting the app removes them.

Plus subscribers: deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel it in Google Play or App Store subscriptions first.

Delete some data but keep the account

You can delete any diary entry, workout or weigh-in in the app, or disconnect Health Connect in the Steps screen. To have specific data removed by us, email support@macrobellfitness.com.
